A Brief Overview Provides direct patient care; demonstrates the knowledge, critical thinking and judgment of and integrates the use of evidence-based outcomes for Nursing practice; supervises care delivered; coordinates plan of care; provides education for patients, families and staff; and collaborates with other disciplines. What you will do: - RN must be able to demonstrate knowledge of growth and development to provide patient care appropriate to the age of the patients served. - The nurse also adheres to the American Nurses Association Bill of Rights by establishing and maintaining workplace expectations and environments which support sound professional nursing practice. - RN must be able to successfully demonstrate the staff requirements as specified in the specific Care Center's Scope of Service, and complete the Care Center's specific competencies, and meet/exceed the Care Center's standards as identified below. - Nursing Process (20%) **Assessment: *Assessment is based on relevant physical, emotional, developmental, social, cultural, spiritual, and sexual data to identify needs and determine real and/or potential patient risks.
