Description Join OX on our journey as Chief of Staff , acting as the strategic partner and force multiplier to our CEO. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role designed for a proactive leader who can navigate complexities, manage pushback, and ensure that high-level strategy translates into ground-level results. You will be the crucial link that aligns our leadership team across global time zones, ensures our OKRs are met, and guarantees that board-level initiatives are executed efficiently across all departments. We are looking for someone who excels at driving action, spotting gaps before they become problems, and mastering the art of leading through influence rather than formal authority. Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing: - Drive Execution & Accountability: Take ownership of the CEO’s action items, board decisions, and cross-functional projects.
