Job description

In our IT Transformation & Country Management division of Zeppelin GmbH at our location in Garching near Munich, we are currently looking for a “IT Process Manager (m/f/d)”. Your Tasks & Responsibilities: In your role as "IT Process Manager (m/f/d)" in our Demand, Portfolio, and Service Management department you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our IT processes. You will evaluate existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks as well as design and implement new or improved processes that enhance demand, portfolio, and service management. In regards to stakeholder collaboration you will be responsible for gathering requirements from internal stakeholders and provide expert support throughout the process lifecycle and act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions. You will also drive implementations by leading cross-functional teams to roll out new processes, ensuring smooth adoption and effective change management across the organization.
