Requisition Number: 223753 Job Description: The Regulatory Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring Cintas’ Global Supply Chain activities comply with applicable government regulations by evaluating regulatory requirements, overseeing highrisk operations and suppliers, and supporting effective compliance programs. This role partners with Legal, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders to monitor regulatory changes, strengthen risk management processes, and promote consistent adherence to company policies, procedures, and the Cintas Quality Management System (QMS). Key Responsibilities: - Assist with training employee-partners and suppliers on proper and effective engagement with the Cintas Quality Management System (QMS). - Contribute to the development and maintenance of effective compliance programs. - Examine, monitor, and evaluate relevant legal and regulatory requirements and changes. - Advise the Legal team and Director of Internal Audits on maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. - Implement due diligence processes for third-party risk management providers. - Monitor Cintas operations (including Distribution Centers, Sourcing, Global Supply Chain, and f...
