Job Description: About the Role The Growth SVP will play a significant role in shaping Dentsu's growth trajectory, driving integrated new business efforts, and elevating the organization’s competitive position in the market. This leader brings a media forward, integrated mindset and thrives in high ‑pressure, ‑fast-moving‑ environments where excellence, collaboration, and accountability are essential. This individual will report to the Chief Growth Officer and serve as a senior strategic operator responsible for accelerating Dentsu's growth agenda across North America. They will lead high stake‑ pitches, build a robust pipeline of opportunities, and partner closely with executive leadership to convert strategic and tactical new business opportunities.
