Your Role The Health Equity team will create and maintain cross-functional and cross-sectoral partnerships to fundamentally change the health care system to a system focused on prevention; that is affordable, relevant, and equitable. The Program Manager, Principal – Cultural and Linguistic Program will report to the Senior Manager, Health Equity. In this role you will. In this role you will be responsible for oversight, monitoring and reporting on the Cultural and Linguistic Program with a primary focus on regulatory and accreditation requirements/plans. The Program Manager, Principal, Health Equity will specifically focus on centering racial, ethnic, linguistic, sexual orientation and gender identification equity in meeting regulatory and accreditation requirements and reporting out on current data collection, communications, appeals and grievances, provider network and more.
