Summary Join our Security team as a Divisional Security Manager , where you'll play a key role in driving a safe and secure environment for our colleagues and customers. You’ll act as the proactive point of contact across a divisional portfolio of stores and regions, helping to embed a strong culture of safety, consistency and accountability. Working closely with Store, Regional and Divisional stakeholders, you’ll champion the smart use of security tools, data and processes to reduce risk, improve compliance and enhance customer service across all security touchpoints. We're looking for someone with strong retail security experience, excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful actions that drive real results.
