About The Role HUB International is seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Executive to join our Commercial Lines team in Ontario. This role is responsible for developing and growing a portfolio of mid-market commercial clients by delivering tailored insurance and risk management solutions. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder with a proven track record in business development and a solid understanding of commercial insurance products. As part of a collaborative team environment, you will work closely with account managers, technical specialists, and carrier partners to support both new business growth and client retention. What You’ll Do: Business Development: Prospect, develop, and close new mid-market commercial accounts. Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify opportunities to provide comprehensive, multi-line insurance solutions including property, liability, automobile, cyber, and other specialty coverages.
