About the Role RHI Magnesita is accelerating its global recycling efforts as part of our commitment to sustainability and circularity. We are seeking a driven Business Developer – Recycling to identify, build, and expand opportunities across the secondary raw materials market. This role will focus on sourcing recyclable refractory materials, developing partnerships, supporting recycling operations, and driving growth within our circular economy portfolio. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, analytical, and comfortable working across technical, commercial, and operational interfaces. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Market Growth: - Identify, evaluate, and pursue new recycling opportunities in industrial sectors (steel, cement, non-ferrous, and others). - Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, suppliers, demolition companies, and customers generating recyclable refractory waste. - Develop business cases, commercial models, and profitability analyses to support recycling initiatives. - Lead negotiations and support contract development for material supply and recycling agreements.
