Part Time Housekeeper

Job description

Description An Environmental Associate/Housekeeper cleans and sanitizes Resident Apartments and Common Areas of the Community, prepares vacant Apartments for move-in, and launders linens, drapes, and Residents’ personal clothing. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, with some flexibility. Candidates should be open to working additional hours or days as needed to cover PTO. Duties & Responsibilities: Housekeeping & Laundry: 1. dusts and polishes furniture, picture frames, mirrors, and other fixtures; 2. washes and disinfects countertops and sink areas in Resident Apartments and Common Areas of the Community; 3. mops and disinfects bathrooms and hard surface floors in Resident Apartments and Common Areas of the Community; 4. vacuums carpeted floors in Resident Apartments and Common Areas of the Community; 5. refills paper products and soap dispensers; 6. empties trash receptacles; 7.
