Job description

The Domain Architect is responsible for developing technical certifications that enable CNS teams to successfully design, deploy and support CNS products and solutions. The Domain Architect possesses a deep understanding of how competency programs contribute to CNS technical excellence, as well as to talent development, career growth, and internal mobility. This role plays a key part in fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and technical leadership across the organization. - Develop, update and support practitioner training content for L3 (Professional) product certifications based on latest product releases - Develop and support hands-on lab exercises for L3 (Professional) certifications on Nokia blueprint cloud infrastructure - Champion communities of practice for CNS products in area of expertise, including mentoring/On Job Training for L3+ (Professional with at least 6 months experience) certification candidates and leading technical jury panels for L4 (Expert) certifications - Acquire and maintain technical competence with latest releases of CNS products by participating in S&C projects and engagement in early PoCs (Proof of concept) and customer innovatio...
