This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company’s locations: Summit Club, set outside of Las Vegas, NV. Summit Club is seeking an Equipment Technician to join the Golf Course Maintenance Department. The Equipment Technician, under the supervision of the Director of Agronomy, Superintendent, or Equipment Manager, is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and preventative care of all golf course equipment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that all machinery operates at peak performance to deliver championship-level playing conditions. Key Responsibilities: - Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all golf course equipment including mowers, utility vehicles, tractors, and small engines - Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues efficiently and accurately - Grind, set up, and maintain reel and bedknife cutting units to precise tolerances - Maintain detailed service records and equipment logs - Manage parts inventory and coordinate ordering of supplies - Ensure all equipment meets safety standards...
