Senior Human Resources Representative - Employment Center

Job description

Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Senior HR Representative helps coordinate implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human resources staff; assist and advise on HR issues and provides support on a range of HR projects, as requested, to contribute to the successful achievements of outcomes on these projects. You will report to the HR Supervisor. Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm: Primary Tasks: - You will enforce company policies with regard to Human Resource administration related issues and provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation. - Prepare human resource documents, record statistics and handle confidential material in the human resources department. - Create monthly reports and specially requested reports for several departments. - Analyze a variety of data, reports, and statistical summaries. - You will work with external entities in providing authorized employment information about such areas as employment verification, income verification, unemployment inquiries, and garnishment requests. - Monitor, audit and report on important metrics on an ongoing basis by working within HR systems. - Respond to employees with...
