About the Role: - We are looking for a Seasonal Front Desk Receptionist to join our team through end of August 2026 What You'll Do: - Accurately registering patients by collecting required data, registering insurance, collecting co-pays, co-insurance, surgery deposits, payment on accounts - Scanning IDs and insurance cards, printing and obtaining signatures on all required documents - Scheduling appointments accurately with correct physician - Responsible for obtaining any authorizations, interpreters or transportation for appointments that require them - Responding to alert notes that apply to front desk - Completing daily paperwork such as data details, financial policies & privacy notices should be entered on a daily basis and expire alert notes if the task has been completed - Scanning documents daily such as data deta...
