Primary Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the preconstruction phase of the project from conceptual design to construction readiness. - Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to define project scope, budget, timeline, and goals. - Organize and attend preconstruction meetings with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project details and objectives. - Develop and manage accurate project cost estimates, including material costs, labor, equipment, and subcontractor bids. - Perform value engineering to ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality. - Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and propose alternative strategies to meet budget requirements. - Develop and manage the project’s preliminary construction schedule, ensuring critical milestones are identified and achievable. - Work with the project team to develop a detailed timeline, including subcontractor involvement, material procurement, and site preparation. - Identify potential risks and challenges during the preconstruction phase, and develop mitigation strategies. - Review contract documents for potential issues or discrepancies, ensuring clarity and compliance. - Maintain co...
