The Technical Service Trainer is responsible for training/instructing technicians in all aspects of generator repair and installation. The Technical Service Trainer applies technical skills and knowledge of start-up, operation and troubleshooting of all Generac products. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Instruct/Train technicians in all aspects of generator repair and installation. Develop and present technical training curriculum Write and review technical documentation such as owner, installation, diagnostic and flat rate manuals and service and training bulletins Establish warranty flat rates for new product prototypes Work with internal departments to fabricate training units Willing to obtain DOT drivers license (Non CDL) if needed Other duties as assigned: Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 3 years field technici...
