Job DetailsJob Location: Mid States Distributing LLC Lees Summit DC - Lees Summit, MO 64082Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: 1stPOSITION OVERVIEW: Performs the necessary functions to maintain facilities and equipment in a large distribution center. The position requires excellent troubleshooting skills, ability to organize work and coordinate activities, and provide innovative solutions to meet business needs. The position also requires the ability to work well within a team and exercise good judgment in all aspects of the work. The focus area for work will be related to MHE work and conveyor systems. KEY GENERAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBLITIES: Operate, maintain, and perform preventive maintenance on the following material handling equipment: Sit-down forklift, order picker, reach truck, turret truck, pallet riders and other material handling equipment as necessary Complete repairs and perform preventive maintenance on conveyor systems Work closely with Warehouse Management team and office personnel Conduct all tasks in a manner that promotes safety Perform other duties as assigned including duties outside normal responsibilities as needed KEY MHE TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBLITIE...
