Overview: The Senior Operations Manager supports the Project Manager in overseeing back-of-the-house (BOH) food service operations, including food supply procurement, warehousing, preparation, and inventory management. This role is responsible for managing processes and duties as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) or other contractual requirements for food service operations at a federal worksite.
