Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in a partner-facing technical or operational management role. - Experience working with external partners to identify issues and find resolutions. - Experience experimenting with AI/ML tools (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering, or workflow automation) to solve operational problems. - Experience in TV, video on demand (VOD) delivery, digital live streaming video technologies. Preferred qualifications: - 5 years of experience in client-facing, project management, involving the delivery of projects. - Experience networking and building executive-level relationships across technology partners and more. - Experience successfully aligning cross-functional (e.g., internal and external) teams across engaging priorities. - Experience successfully discussing technical terms in partner agreements. - Ability to function in highly dynamic environments.
