Senior Marketing Manager, SEO & Organic Growth

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. We're looking for a strategic and technical Senior Manager, SEO & Organic Growth to own and scale Replit's organic search presence across traditional search engines, AI-powered platforms, and generative engines. You'll be responsible for driving qualified traffic and improving discoverability as search evolves beyond Google to include ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and other AI platforms. As the first search marketing hire, you'll work directly with our Head of GTM & Growth Marketing and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Content, Product Marketing, and Analytics teams. This role requires someone who thrives in 0-to-1 environments and has successfully built search programs that deliver measurable traffic, conversions, and pipeline growth.
