Description The Dock Solutions Technician Apprentice supports the installation, service, repair, and inspection of commercial and industrial overhead doors, loading docks, dock leveling systems, and related warehouse equipment. This entry-level position is designed for individuals looking to build a career in the dock and door industry through hands-on training, mentoring, and field experience. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist with the installation, service, and repair of commercial and industrial doors, door operating systems, loading docks, and dock leveling equipment. - Perform preventative maintenance on Bailey equipment and systems at customer locations under the guidance of experienced technicians. - Help diagnose and troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues related to dock and door equipment. - Support quality checks to ensure proper installation, balance, operation, and safety of equipment. - Represent Bailey professionally while onsite by providing prompt, courteous, and safe service to customers. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including proper use of tools and equipment. - Complete required paperwork, service docume...
