Position Overview: As a Transportation Supervisor you will be responsible for providing daily leadership and support to CDL-A associates with varying levels of responsibility and job functions. The Supervisor is responsible for clearly and thoroughly communicating job expectations, ensuring proper training is provided, and maintaining high levels of accountability and follow through. The Transportation Supervisor is fully responsible for safety, quality, customer service, scheduling, sanitation, payroll/overtime, daily start-up meetings, compliance with regulatory requirements, and any other related transportation activity within their department.
