Position Summary: The Supervisor, Case Mgmt & Hospital Social Work is responsible for providing immediate oversight, support, and direction to assigned hospital-based care management work teams. The Supervisor acts as the primary designee in the absence of the Manager or Director, assuming additional responsibilities as delegated. This position is also responsible for serving as a liaison with clinical leadership and other stakeholders for decision-making, problem solving, and specific projects.
