Job description

Overview Perform general housekeeping and custodial duties in the College’s student residences, as well as other campus duties as needed. Work hours are determined by the College and may vary based on departmental and institutional needs, including differences between the academic year and summer schedules. This position will be required to work during delays and snow closures that fall on scheduled workdays. The role requires flexibility, including occasional overtime (often on short notice), as well as evening, weekend, special event, and call-in work at the discretion of the supervisor. Employees may be assigned to different buildings or locations to meet operational needs and may occasionally be required to travel out of the area. Campus-wide coverage is expected. Qualifications: EDUCATION: - High School Diploma or GED or equivalent. Preferred LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS: - Valid and in State Valid Driver's License.
