100% Onsite in El Paso, TX Active Secret Clearance is required Required Certifications (Must be current): CompTIA Security+ CompTIA A+ Windows Computing Environment Certification (Windows 10/11 or equivalent) Microsoft Certification (Windows 10 or similar) Overview: We are seeking a Help Desk Lead to support a federal client federal in a secure IT environment. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, ensuring efficient support delivery and high-quality user experience. You’ll act as both a senior troubleshooter and the operational backbone of the help desk.
