Senior Financial Analyst (12-month contract)

Job description

Contract Position – Hybrid Reporting to the Manager, Financial Analysis and Reporting, the Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, planning, and forecasting. The role also includes performing a variety of financial accounting activities. Hours of work are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET. Occasional pre-authorized overtime may be required to meet business and client needs. This is a hybrid role, with in‑office attendance required on an as‑needed basis. This position is a 12-month contract opportunity. Primary Responsibilities: Financial Planning and Analysis - Provide regular and ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting support to the Regional Management Team, departments, and practice groups - Develop and enhance financial models, reports, and dashboards using PowerBI and other reporting tools to deliver insights on profitability and key performance metrics - Participate in the preparation of annual forecasts, budgets, and multi-year plans - Analyze, interpret, and communicate monthly budget variances and actual results to management - Provide statistical and financial information to internal clients on a regular and ad-hoc bas...
