Department : Residential Services -Hilltop County or State Funded : County Exempt or Non-exempt : Exempt: Pay Grade: C-119: Salary: $70,428.70 - $88,004.80 annually: Basic Function and Responsibility: To assist in managing the efficient operation and development of the 24 hours a day,7 days a week, 365 day a year secured, or non-secured residential facilities. To manage and provide for the development of department personnel. Appointing Authority and Supervision Received: The deputy court administrator of family court is the appointing authority. The residential facilities manager receives direct supervision by the director of the department. Supervision Exercised: This position is directly responsible for the supervision of the assistant managers, facilities supervisors, nurses, counselors and administrative assistants assigned to the unit.
