Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Inside sales support representative is responsible for working with customers to assess their needs. Assists with customer requests, provides product and technical information. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Identifies revenue opportunities within customers' communities through excellent communication and networking. - Identifies and closes additional purchases of products and services by customers' communities. - Responds to requests from customers for information and presents products based on customer needs. - Engages in technical discussions with potential clients. - Remains knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in the company’s B2B infrastructures. - Provide excellent customer service. - Must be able to work overtime as required Requirements: - Proven customer support experience - Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening - Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively REQUIRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Compensation - Hourly starting at $19 per hour pl...
