Description ACC Management Group is seeking a highly organized and motivated Community Manager to oversee the lease-up of a newly constructed Section 42 (LIHTC) multi-family housing community in Lomira, Wisconsin . *Full-time during lease-up stage, but will become Part-Time after lease-up* This is a unique opportunity to lead a brand-new development through a phased opening, with units coming online from October 2025 through April 2026 . The Community Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of lease-up, including marketing, resident outreach, application processing, compliance with LIHTC regulations, and supporting community events.
