Parking Maintenance Worker II - ( 26001648 ) Description The University of Iowa Parking & Transportation department is seeking a Parking Maintenance Worker II. This position will provide repairs, service, and maintenance of parking equipment and parking facilities. Response to trouble calls. Collect money from parking meters. Create, monitor and maintain reports and records concerning parking issues. Make and install parking signs. Maintain safety, readiness, and cleanliness of parking facilities. Provide support to University events. This position is not eligible for University sponsorship for employment authorization. Starting wage is $18.72/hour. Duties to Include: Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday, 6:00am-4:30pm, overtime as required for athletic events, snow removal, parking lot painting, and power washing.
