Job description

Planet Technologies is seeking a Microsoft 365 Knowledge Management Specialist that drives learning, process improvements, and promotes user adoption in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will need to be familiar with basic SharePoint content administration and content management, Power Platform applications, governance, user adoption, along with Training and User Education concepts. The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate with organizations to create and maintain relationships with other Knowledge Managers and end-users while effectively leveraging technology to solve complex business processes and inefficiencies. Candidates must be willing to work on site 5 days a week in DC. Candidate must also hold an active Top-Secret clearance. Responsibilities: - Data Integration & Quality : Integrate and standardize data from diverse DoD information systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy across the enterprise. Implement data quality checks, metadata management, and version control to maintain a single source of truth for critical organizational data.
