Global Engineering Manager – Southern Europe & AMEA

Job description

Location: Katowice, Poland On-site About the Role: As part of the Global Engineering Team, this role is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of Capex projects across Southern Europe, Turkey, Kenya, and Indonesia, ensuring alignment with Flora Food Group standards and industry best practices. With an expected annual Capex spend of approximately €5–10 million, the position plays a key role in partnering with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to deliver projects on time, in full, and within budget, following the Flora Food Group Project Delivery Framework. The successful candidate will lead a broad range of engineering and expansion projects, including both greenfield and brownfield initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting feasibility assessments, developing order-of-magnitude cost estimates, defining project scopes, preparing URS documentation and Capital Appropriation Requests, and overseeing project planning and execution from concept through implementation.
