About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Technician to serve as a hands-on technical leader within our high-volume photo studio. This role balances on-set execution with process ownership, documentation, and technical consistency across shoots, teams, and brands.The Senior Digital Technician will function in both working and managing capacities ensuring reliable workflows, equipment readiness, and consistent standards across productions. What You'll Do On-Set Digital Technician: - Oversee and execute on-set capture workflows for photography and video assets. - Collect, edit, name, and process all on-set imagery according to studio standards. - Collaborate closely with photographers and stylists to ensure color accuracy and image consistency. - Perform on-set quality assurance, including color management and monitor calibration. - Capture and edit video assets on set as required. - Set up and manage capture stations, monitors, and peripherals daily. - Troubleshoot technical issues on set in real time to maintain production flow. - Assist photographers with equipment setup and breakdown as needed. - Support production, creative, and marketing teams during figure sh...
