Assistant General Counsel - Private Bank Citizens Bank is seeking a highly motivated, solutions-oriented attorney to support its growing and dynamic Private Banking business. This role provides broad legal support for deposit and lending products serving high net worth individuals, families, and their related business interests, as well as associated services and operations. The Assistant General Counsel will work closely with business leaders, legal subject matter experts, and operational partners to deliver practical, business-focused legal advice. The long-term vision for this role is to develop into a trusted, go-to legal advisor for Private Bank initiatives and client-facing opportunities. Primary Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted legal advisor for Private Bank lending, deposit, and family office–oriented products and services. Partner closely with management, business teams, operations, and legal colleagues on new initiatives, including third-party platform strategies, complex problem-solving, and escalated client matters.
