Summary: Responsible for providing all forms of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning maintenance and various other tasks in a safe, professional manner employing all current acceptable practices. Job Description: Must take extra precautions when working on pediatric levels by keeping tools out of reach of children. Basic knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and applications and controls, installation and repair necessary. Adept in the use of hand tools, gauges, engineering metering and measuring devices.
