Description Job Summary: The Grounds Crew is primarily responsible for daily campus upkeep and event operations by delivering excellent guest service, performing year-round grounds and facility maintenance, and assisting with event setups and breakdowns. Responsibilities include landscaping, trash and debris removal, seasonal lawn and snow care, pressure washing, and supporting campus and parking lot maintenance to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This position reports to the Senior Director of Operations. Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities: - Provide superior guest service to visitors, guests, clients, vendors, and staff. - Assist with field conversions for events such as graduations, concerts, enshrinement week, festivals, sporting events, and more. - Assist with set up and breakdown before and after events throughout campus, not just the stadium. - Assist contracted services with: weed and collect trash from landscaped beds, cracks, crevices; prune and trim shrubs and trees throughout campus, as directed; and mulch and rake landscaped beds throughout campus, as directed. - Campus trash clean up and pick up as well as outdoor landscape maintenance throughout...
