Your role will be pivotal in providing foundational support for a diverse range of research initiatives. You will be engaged in research in experimental, theoretical, and computational methods. Examples of your work will include turbulence research pertaining to combustion engines, spray dryers, and industrial pumps. Responsibilities and qualifications: Your overall focus will be to strengthen the department’s competencies within fluid mechanics with special focus on turbulence research and application of the areas within engineering. The area is significant to industry as processes governed by fluid mechanics are key in combustion engines, spray dryers, industrial pumps, mixing processes in process tanks etc. You will successfully develop a strong research group within fluid mechanics.
