UK Limited About the role Join us on our transformational journey as we seek a visionary Managing Director – UK & Ireland to co-lead our operations and accelerate growth in the renewable energy sector. Ideally based in our Edinburgh office, you will take full responsibility for shaping strategy, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional results across wind and solar projects This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the COO, operating within a two–Managing Director structure , with full P&L accountability and responsibility for a team of approximately 70 employees across the UK and Ireland. You will be the driving force behind operational excellence, commercial success, and strategic expansion in one of the most dynamic renewable energy markets. This role carries full responsibility for the execution and delivery side of the organisation, with a particular focus on EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction), project execution, operational excellence, and scalable delivery capability across the UK and Ireland.
