Overview The VP, Business Banking Services & Treasury is responsible for the strategic direction, sales execution, operational oversight, and risk management of the Credit Union’s treasury management and business banking sales functions within an assigned region. This role leads treasury sales, business deposit growth, and related service delivery efforts while partnering across Business Banking, Retail Banking, Brokerage and Insurance Sales, Commercial Lending, Operations, Digital, Fraud, Compliance, and Finance. The position is accountable for building and leading a high-performing team, expanding treasury management adoption, deepening business member relationships, improving fee income and deposit generation, and ensuring consistent execution of the Credit Union’s treasury strategy. This leader also drives process improvement, supports product and channel development, and helps ensure the Credit Union delivers competitive, scalable, and risk-conscious treasury solutions to business members across California.
