The Senior GIS Developer/Analyst is an experienced geospatial technology professional responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise-level GIS solutions. This role blends advanced technical expertise with practical field and operational experience in emergency management environments. Candidates should bring at least five (5) years of ESRI ArcGIS experience combined with demonstrated effectiveness supporting disaster operations, incident management, or public safety missions. Essential Functions: - Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of GIS applications, automated workflows, geoprocessing tools, and advanced spatial models. - Manage and optimize ArcGIS Enterprise environments including Portal, ArcGIS Server, Data Store, hosted services, and infrastructure monitoring. - Design and administer enterprise geodatabases with schema development, versioning workflows, QA/QC standards, and data governance. - Develop Python/ArcPy scripts, automation pipelines, ETL processes, and system integrations support...
