Description Inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility work is important. Consequently, there should be little to no barriers that keep staff from sustaining and improving current IDEA work. Similarly, there should be no barriers for staff who want to begin integrating IDEA work into their day to day work. The Reckoning Initiative will provide additional resources that reward and incentivize IDEA work throughout the Libraries. Awards can cover staff to cover training, student worker wages, supplies, tools, infrastructure, or other things necessary to advance social justice and IDEA work.
