Working under the direct supervision of senior linemen, Lineman C supports all aspects of field operations while developing the skills, knowledge, and safety awareness required to advance to Lineman B. This position performs physically demanding work outdoors and plays an important role in supporting crew safety, productivity, and quality standards. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of energized and de-energized overhead distribution systems. - Learn to climb wood poles using approved fall-protection systems and work from aerial devices (bucket trucks). - Support the assembly, framing, and setting of utility poles and the installation of line hardware. - Pull, sag, and tie wire under the guidance of senior crew members. - Handle, load, and st...
