Job description

Leads clinical operations using the nursing process, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance. Supervises and develops clinical staff, manages scheduling, monitors care gaps, and supports evidence-based, patient-centered care. Collaborates with leadership to improve outcomes, fosters teamwork through shared governance, and upholds AHS PRIDE values while promoting professional growth and operational excellence. Utilizes the nursing process effectively (assessing the patient and situation, identifying the problem, plan the care, evaluate the outcome). Serves as an expert resource for team members.
