About the Role The Senior Engineer, Enterprise Platforms builds and runs AI powered agents, copilots, and automations across identity, endpoints, SaaS, collaboration, network, and office IT. You turn policies, runbooks, and telemetry into reliable AI workflows that reduce manual work, improve security, and make it easier for employees to get things done. You understand code structures and connected systems, work closely with engineers on implementation, and treat AI and automation as first class, observable services. This role reflects Abnormal VOICE values. You move with velocity, design for long term ownership and governance, use data with intellectual honesty, stay close to customer needs, and aim for excellence in reliability and simplicity.
