This entry-level position supports daily store operations by assisting with receiving, stocking, inventory control, and customer service. The Grocery / Stock Associate plays an important role in maintaining product availability, freshness, and presentation to provide customers with a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Stocking & Inventory Support: - Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with grocery products in a timely and organized manner. - Follow proper product rotation procedures (FIFO) to ensure freshness and minimize spoilage. - Check expiration dates and remove outdated or damaged products. - Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing backstock. - Maintain accurate shelf labeling and pricing. - Support inventory counts and cycle counts as assigned.
