Position Summary Jan-Pro of Oklahoma City is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support daily operations, franchise development, and administrative processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining office efficiency, supporting franchise owners (CBOs), and assisting with sales and onboarding efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, bilingual in Spanish, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Administrative & Office Support: - Answer incoming calls and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and walk-ins - Maintain a welcoming and professional office environment - Order and manage office supplies and materials Franchise & Operations Support: - Prepare Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs), training manuals, and presentation packets - Assemble and coordinate starter kits for new franchisees - Track and maintain training completion records for CBOs - Create and issue ID badges for franchise owners and their employees Sales & Presentation Coordination: - Schedule, confirm, and support sales presentations and appointments - Conduct Spanish-language presentations and follow up with...
