Job Title Manufacturing Supervisor II Position Overview: Shaw Industries is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor to support the Finishing Department in a supervisory capacity by continually monitoring the appropriate shift operations and ensuring compliance with all company, plant and departmental guidelines and procedures. Responsibilities: Act as liaison between Department Manager and employees by providing an effective line of communication within the department. Supervise CST, Offline Shear, and Coater lines as needed. Monitor all departmental production, production quality, processes, and procedures and ensure that departmental SMS procedures and instructions are continually followed by all employees Use CIM Line-up Manager to assign production. Ensure that department machinery and equipment is well maintained and repaired as needed. Complete the appropriate paperwork needed to effectively monitor and record. departmental productivity, quality, product lineups, and performance. Ensure employees’ safety by using methods of reinforcing positive safety actions and correcting and documenting all safety violations given from SAFE programs and policies.
