Williams College is seeking an ambitious, mission-driven Assistant Coach who is ready to contribute to a culture that champions both academic and athletic competitive excellence. The Assistant Coach of Women’s Volleyball is a 10-month, 40-hour per week position with a salary of $36,545, and comes with a full meal plan. This role is fully benefitted and also provides full tuition remission of graduate school coursework after six months of employment. Williams Volleyball has consistently been regarded as one of the top volleyball programs in the Northeast, with a tradition of success at the regional and national levels. The program has won eight NESCAC titles including four straight from 2001-2004 and three straight from 2007-2009. Williams has appeared in 14 NESCAC championship matches since 1994 and participated in the NCAA tournament 13 times, including four trips to the Elite Eight and seven trips to the Sweet Sixteen.
