Primary Purpose The Substation Civil Engineer – Client Lead develops and applies advanced engineering techniques, concepts, and approaches to complex substation design projects. This individual serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships while leading technical execution and delivery. A person in this role is recognized as a key internal technical resource and external client representative, providing guidance across multidisciplinary teams and ensuring alignment between client expectations and project outcomes. This role requires regular travel to client sites to support project coordination, relationship management, and business growth.
