What you'll do: As Customer Service Lead , you will: Improve customer service and efficiency. Work closely with the team manager. Provide support to the team as needed. Create the team schedule. Manage customer service related to partners, including handling claims payments. Requirements: About you: Excellent communicator in Dutch; English proficiency is a strong plus.
